17 years of experience in the industry, focused in customizing software and project management. Previously worked for IBM and KPMG in Uruguay in many large projects. Fabian Olivera has also worked several years in Mexico and Argentina through uruguayan agencies. Speaks fluent English and graduated system engineer from the private university ORT in Montevideo

Why did you want to found Go On Software?
I got many good ideas about how to organize work with foreign companies, I have learned in IBM. I also worked many years together with Jørgen Vasshaug, who later introduced me to Henning Elvenes. We talked early about all the possibilities that are due wage and the quality stamp of IT-country Uruguay.

How does communication with Norway take place?
We have meetings via telecommunications every day. As methodology we use Scrum. I speak with Norwegians dayly. We speak in Spanish and English. However, we have classes in Norwegian twice a week in Uruguay, we still have to practice to get fluent in that language.
