Has extensive experience programming in .Net, customization of software and system architecture. Through several projects, he worked with developers in other countries such as Peru, Colombia, Mexico and the United States. Fluent in English and is a graduate engineer from Univesidad de la Republica Oriental del Uruguay. Joined Go On Software in 2010, after 6 years with his first employer.

What challenges are there to work from South America to customers abroad?
Most get solved with internet and the time difference is no problem. Nowdays  there are not great differences between the United States and IT-country Uruguay, but I'm curious about other cultures and people - and this helps a lot to work in cooperation with people from other countries. I also speak fluent English which is helpfull at the IT outsourcing.

Why did you start to study IT?
Since I was a little boy, I have been analyticall. The challenges that come with programming,  logic and analysis, prooved that I made a choice I will not regret. Programming is fun!
